Terrence Lionel Pierce

Terrence Lionel Pierce, a resident of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 07, 2020. Terrence was born on December 20, 1973 in Richmond, VA and was the son of SGM (Ret.) Lonnie Pierce, Sr. and Alma J. Pierce, Severn, MD.

 Terrence graduated from Meade Senior High (Class of 1991), Ft. Meade, MD and attended Anne Arundel Community College. He joined Mt. Sinai Baptist Church at an early age and upon returning home, he united with Abundant Life Church in Glen Burnie, MD. Later in life, Terrence was a volunteer for the Anne Arundel County Department of Health Outreach Program. He enjoyed playing football, basketball, and early morning fishing with his brother. In his spare time, he also loved watching sports especially his favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. Those who knew Terrence would agree that he was fond of animals especially pit bulls. Terrence had a special bond with all of his nieces and nephews, always there to support them in anyway he could.

Along with his beloved parents, Terrence is survived by his cherished fiancée, Tangela Jones of Glen Burnie, MD; devoted brother, Lonnie Pierce, Jr., of Severn, MD; loving sister, Altese and husband LTC Roger Cabiness II of Carlisle Barracks, PA; caring grandmother, Deaconess Alma Roberts, Aylett, VA; adoring nieces and nephews, Desiree, Jasmine, Terrence, Kayla, Kensley, Noelle, Zaniya, Amaya, Elyjah, Roger III, Amari, Kylie and Olivia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, Jones Family, and a host of close friends.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Rd., Odenton, MD 21113 on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. On Thursday, September 17, 2020 a viewing will take place from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the H.W. Dabney Funeral Home, 518 North Washington Highway, Ashland, VA 23005. A graveside service will follow at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery, Aylett, VA 23009.
