Terrance W. Harens

On September 13, 2020, Terrance “Terry” W. Harens of Hanover passed away peacefully at home at the age of 69. Originally from Minnesota, Terry graduated with a degree in business from Troy State University.  Born on the 4th of July, he was destined to be a patriot. Terry proudly served his country for 35 years as a member of the United States Navy, retiring as a Master Chief.  He was also a member of the Navy enlisted Football team in Italy and that love of football continued throughout his life.  Most especially though, he loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Janie Harens (nee Aguilar); his beloved children Cindy Rounceville, Kristy Harens, son in law Larry Rounceville; his loving siblings Larry Harens (twin), Michael Harens, Billy Harens, Tommy Harens, Debbie Harens and the late Victor Harens; his cherished grandchildren Terry, Alex, Emily, and Jenny and his adoring great-grandchildren Cameron and Parker.
